　　Officials from North and South Korea are meeting for a rare round of talks. The firstinteraction between the two governments since August when they met to defuse crisis thatbrought them to the brink of armed conflict. Stephen Evans reports. The talks are unlikely toproduce any grand results. This significance is more that they're taking place at all in what’sbeen a continual atmosphere of mistrust. Theren't big issues on the agenda, but rathermatters of how to continue meeting, perhaps at increasingly senior levels. 　　The government of South Korea has ordered the German car manufacture Volkswagen torecall more than 125,000 diesel vehicles.
