　　Shine in my heart, it's a beautiful day阳光般的心情，美丽的一天

　　shine:v/n 反光;照耀;擦亮; 出色;光泽;

　　Her eyes are shinig with excitement.她兴奋得两眼放光;

　　He didn't shine academically but he was very good at sports.他文化课不怎么样，但是体育棒极了。

　　Make up, and dress up. Are you ready to go?化好妆，穿戴好，准备好出发了没?

　　make up:化妆;编造;弥补;决定;

　　As women age, many like to wear make-up in order to retain their youthful appearance.为了保持年轻的形象，许多女人一上年纪就喜欢化妆。

　　Helen never wears make-up.海伦从来不化妆。

　　Pay increases will not always make up for poor working conditions.增加工资不总是能弥补恶劣的工作条件。

　　You might be a little bit slow-witted, but your consistency will make it up.你也许反应有点慢，但是你的坚毅会弥补这个缺点。

　　We gotta party all day long我们得疯玩儿一整天

　　这句歌词也可以这样说We have to party all day long.

　　来看一下party这个单词，在这里它是动词，表示‘吃喝玩儿乐;寻欢作乐’。

　　I don't party that much actually.其实我不是个爱玩儿的人=I'm actually not a party-girl/boy.意思是一样的。

　　party pooper:((聚会上)煞风景的人;扫兴的人;不愿与大家一起寻欢作乐的人

　　I bought a new shade for the lamp.我给那盏灯买了一个新灯罩。

　　shades为复数时还有太阳眼镜\黑超的意思：

　　Nice shades you got, buddy!哥们，你的太阳眼镜真酷!

　　Hummingbirds and tiny flowers telling me to step outside蜂鸟和小花让人忍不住想出门去

　　Hummingbird，n，蜂鸟

　　step outside:出去，走到外面去：

　　He's just stepped outside.他刚刚出去。

　　跟step有关的固定搭配：

　　step aside:避开，回避;让开;让位

　　He stepped aside to let a lady enter the theatre first.他站到一旁让一位女士先进了剧场。

　　step in:介入;插手

　　And if they feel they must step in, what exactly can they do?如果他们觉得自己应该介入，他们又能做什么呢?

　　Time's passing by so fast时光如梭

　　时光如梭：Time flies.

　　Time flies and life is short. 光阴似箭而人生短暂。

　　pass by:经过;走过;逝去;忽略;遗漏;不注意：

　　If you happen to pass by my house, just pop in.如果你顺路经过我家就进来坐坐吧。

　　Did they see this person pass by?他们有没有看到这个人经过?

　　I cannot pass the matter by without making a protest.我不能对此事听之任之。

　　passer-by:路人;过客;行人

　　What a pity that not a single passer-by offered help.没有一个过路人主动帮忙，好遗憾!

　　There is no passer-by on the journey of my life, I will cherish the friendship from everyone.我的生命里没有过客，我会珍惜与每一个人的友谊。
