　　Pray for You,美国歌手Jaron David Lowenstein的一首作品。这首歌被许多人称为‘诅咒之歌’。也有人说这是史上最牛的分手歌。但是虽然歌词写得恶狠狠，MV的色调却极其柔和，搭配上美国乡村音乐的民谣风格，整首歌并没有给人一种暴力的感觉，反而充满童趣和可爱，有点像恶搞，也有点像是在和善地开玩笑。很多朋友称这首歌曲唱出了“男人的心声”。不知道大家听完之后，是否会有同感。Now, PRAY FORYOU。

　　Wherever you are, honey, I pray for you。听到这句歌词的时候，感觉脊梁骨发凉。谁说最毒妇人心啦?男人更在感情当中处于下风的时候，也会变得恶毒不是?好了，来一起看一下歌词吧：

　　1.I haven't been to church since I don't rememberwhen我已经许久没去教堂了

　　have/has+动词过去分词构成现在完成时，意为‘到现在为止已经做了或者还没做某事’

　　I haven't been to church，字面意思‘至今未我都还没去过教堂呢’

　　since I don't remember when since‘自从...起’后面接时间词，因为不清楚时间，所以直接加了一句话‘都记不清什么时候了’

　　整句话完整的意思应该是‘记不清从什么时候开始就没去过教堂了’

　　things are going great:一切都很顺顺当当的;当下过得挺好的。

　　runnin' down a hill，现在分词短语做伴随状语。整句话的意思是‘我祈祷你刹车失灵，在下坡的时候’

　　6.I pray a flower pot falls from a window sill and knocks you in the head like I'd like to 我祈祷一个花盆从窗台掉下并像我期望的那样砸中你的头

　　I pray‘我祈祷’后面实际上跟的是一个省略了引导词that的宾语从句，来表示‘祈祷’的内容：一个花盆从窗台掉下并像我期望的那样砸中你的头。注意哦，花盆是flower pot，窗台是，window sill;砸在谁的头上knock sbin the head，定冠词the加上身体，这是固定用法哦。

　　keep doing sth:持续做某事;继续做某事

　　mess up:鬼混;胡搞;乱来;搞砸;搞得一团糟
