　　快问快答：说出一位有名的女科学家的姓名。当然你的答案是“居里夫人”，会这么回答的不止你一个。事实上，许多人都想不出第二个女科学家的名字。然而，英国皇家学会正在努力修正这种现状。10月19号星期五，他们资助维基长期撰写关于女性科学家的文章。

　　Wikipedia is the go-to source for information on pretty much everything. But its coverage is alittle light when it comes to the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering andmath. So the Royal Society is looking for volunteers with wi-fi and a bit of Wiki knowhow tocreate or enhance entries on female scientists.

　　维基百科是人们查找信息的重要来源，但涉及到女性在科学、技术、工程和数学方面取得的成就时，覆盖面却很低。因此皇家学会在寻求能 wi-fi上网，稍懂维基的志愿者，帮忙创建或者丰富有关女科学家的词条。

　　Suggestions include Lilian Bland, the first woman to build and fly her own aircraft; MarthaLudwig, who helped solve the first protein crystal structure done in the US; and BarbaraCrawford Johnson, the only woman to serve on the NASA team that engineered the moonlanding.

　　推荐人物包括莉莲·布兰德，她是史上第一位建造并驾驶自己飞机的女性;还包括玛莎·路德维希，她的主要成就是参与测定第一个蛋白晶体结构;还有芭芭拉·克劳福德·约翰逊，她是美航局月球着落工程团队仅有的一位女性成员。

　　You can take part in the effort using Twitter. The hashtag is #WomenSciWP. That's women-S-C-I-W-P. So give Marie Curie a well-earned rest and help other women in science get the wiki-recognition they deserve.
